Since we're getting into the realms of mentioning all video appearance, as opposed to 'official video releases', we should note another in the rare category.

'The Innes Book of Records' TV series in the UK had JCC performing on at least one occasion where he recites a very toned-down version of 'Evidently Chickentown.'

I don't know, but some of these episodes may even be available for sale someplace. If they're not, maybe we can put it up.
