JOHN COOPER CLARKE
And Here is The Young Man
Drew e-mailed in with this news of another compilation featuring JCC.
It's currently available from cd connection where they have this to say about it...
Showcase of the production work by legendary late producer Martin Hannett, 1978-1991. The sleevenotes include a discography of releases he produced and a 1989 interview with him by the late head of Factory Records, Tony Wilson. 18 tracks, including The Durutti Column's "Second Aspect Of The Same Thing" added as a bonus track, plus the only way to get the original 7" version of U2's "11 O'Clock Tick Tock" on CD, along with classics from New Order, Joy Division, Happy Mondays, Magazine, Psychedelic Furs, The Names, etc. 1998 Debutante release.
Obviously here in the USA it's listed as an import and that means it's twice the price, so if you're in Europe... try your local store.
