Obviously you can draw you own conclusions if no responses are forthcoming and this page remains blank forever... but it could also mean they are just taking their time making sure their response is perfect... so let's hope that the replies are in the process of arriving sometime soon... after all, I did only deliver the letters less than a week before going online with this issue in some cases, and these may not be easy questions for them to answer that speedily. Funny analogy springs to mind though: Fast Food - slow replies. How odd!
